Simon Bell
Founder | Producer
Simon started his entrepreneurial journey in 2004 and over the years has founded, and successfully scaled serval companies across Australia and the United States. Simon has built a reputation among small & medium enterprises as a leading business coach, and has worked with more than 1000 companies since 2009.
Specialising in leadership, culture, and smooth sustainable growth, Simon still works closely with a number of Australian businesses in either a board position, or working directly with their leadership teams.
CAROLINE SPARROW
Development Executive | Producer
Caroline Sparrow started her film and TV career as a journalist and media producer and has always been hungry for a good story and driven by the desire to produce something meaningful. She threw herself into all aspects of film and TV production- working as a camera assistant, and sound recordist, editor, camera operator, writer, director, presenter, actor, producer and showrunner.
Caroline has worked for all major Australian TV networks with one of her proudest achievements is being integral in the establishment of Juiced TV, the only children’s television show of its type, made by and for kids in hospital. She has also worked for more than a decade on the multi award-winning television show, Australian Story.
Caroline co-founded the highly acclaimed Sparrowland Short Film Festival which is now in its fourth year, and in 2022, Caroline was the festival director for the Short + Sweet Festival Queensland.
Caroline holds a Bachelor of Journalism, a Graduate Diploma in Education, an Advanced Diploma in Acting for Stage and Screen, and a certificate in Field Producing for Television from AFTRS.
DOM FARRELL
FREELANCE Director of Photography (DOP) | Gaffer | Editor
Dom Farrell Director of Photography (DOP) and Lighting Cameraman / Editor based in Byron Bay, Australia. His career began over 25 years ago in the newsrooms of Australian television networks and then led him to the UK and Europe, where he honed his craft whilst working for organisations including the BBC, IMG Media and Getty Images.
Dom films and produces diverse projects that often take him across the globe and it’s the challenge of capturing the energy of the moment that inspires him. His love of nature and wildlife has seen him work in documentaries from 2015 and most recently an expedition for an upcoming documentary in the Amazon jungle, Peru.
